Back in Business...thanks to Adam!!

Some Tummy Time...Caleb is rolling like a champ and will end up half way across a room in no time! He is also sitting up pretty well by himself. I still hover around him to make sure that he doesn't face plant into the floor...but he likes to sit up and play with his toys! Here are some pics of our munchkin just playing on his belly!

It's nice to have at least one computer that is working! AND look at me working my computer magic...I have figured out how to use Ad's computer! It's nice because it's actually a lot faster! The computer that I normally use is being a real pain right now, so this will be my backup...Thanks Babe! Of course I will only be able to post about once a week, so you'll just have to bear with us!! Things are going well for us down here in Houston...we miss our family very much, especially as the holidays are getting closer. We will be heading north for Christmas, but of course it's never for long enough! Grandma and Grandpa D are going to be coming down this week for a visit and we're excited because they will be here for Halloween and Ad's 28th Birthday! Caleb is going to be a Zebra for Halloween and he is not excited to wear his costume...we tried it on him a few weeks ago and he looked like the little brother from A Christmas Story when the mom puts all of his winter clothes on and he can't move! Caleb looks completely uncomfortable in it, but of course I'll still make him wear it because he just looks so dang cute!! So stay tuned for next week because that is what you'll see! He is also teething and has gotten in all four top teeth at once! Down below you will see some of the pics that I tried to get of him..,in one you can actually see his little teeth!!

Broken Computer

Our computer that I usually post blogs on is a little under the weather at the moment. I am writing this from Adam's laptop which I hope will be able to figure out how to post pics!! Anyway, I just wanted to let y'all know that if it's been a while, this is our reasoning! I hope to be up and running again soon!!! Have a great week!!

New Tricks!!

FINALLY after months of practice, Caleb can finally roll over from his back to his tummy...yes, pretty much all of his cousins have been rolling over for the past couple of months, but remember, Caleb is working with a little more weight! It is so funny to watch him suddenly move to his belly...of course his favorite time to roll to his belly is after he eats, so there is usually some spit up with the roll! Anyway, here is his new fun way to sleep! He doesn't quite have the roll from the belly to the back, but we're sure he'll pick up on it soon! If any of you think that it is mean that I used flash when he was trying to sleep, it was time to get up anyway!!! AND if it looks like his blanket is too close to his face, that is how he always sleeps whether on his belly or not...he is breathing!!!

My Sweatpant Kid!

If you know me at all, you would know that I just LOVE Target!! I could spend hours in there just looking, shopping and trying to find something to buy...especially for Caleb. So I was in there the other day looking at clothes for the munchkin and came across these trackpants and tshirts on sale for really cheap! Caleb is growing so fast, I can't keep up with him so am just trying to buy things that he can be comfortable in especially when he goes to his babysitters house! I thought that he looked so cute in his little pants, I am going to go back and get him some more, thus turning him into a sweatpant kid...I swore I would never do that to my kiddos~ As you can see from the pics, he is growning like a weed! His top teeth are growing in right now and one has broke through...the other one is on its way! He is just talking nonstop learning his vowels and consonants...more like BWA-BWA...but it works right?!? He is moving everywhere and we really have to keep an eye on him now! As I always say, we love our boy!!

Big Boy Getting Bigger!!

I know that it takes me a while to get my new blogs up, but we are very busy in the Colson household! The days are just flying by!! Last weekend we decided to get Caleb his new carseat because he has outgrown his old one! It was fun and a little sad to go and get him this because that just means he is getting bigger!! Here are some pictures of our big boy in his new chair. He looks like he could get out of it and start walking right?!? Caleb is also getting in his top two teeth! I can feel the ridges of his left tooth beginning to poke through! He seems to be okay, a little more irritable and congested, but other than that, a happy boy! I ended up sleeping in his room last night because he kept waking up! Not a ton but enough that I didn't feel like walking from room to room all night...thank heavens there's a bed in there!! That's why we had to nap together this afternoon!
