Better Late than Never!!!

okay okay i know that it has been FOREVER, but seriously i have been really busy with school and Caleb and EVERYTHING!! so for your viewing pleasure, here is the latest slide show of Caleb pics. he will be 12 weeks this friday which is unbelieveable!! He is growing up so fast, and we are loving every minute of it! his personality is shining through and we are getting tons of smiles!! I'll try to record him smiling and post that as soon as i can! He has been such a good baby and we have been soooo blessed to have Grandma D and Grandma C here to watch him. We all have been truly spoiled by them both...but i'm sure it hasn't been too painful for them to spend time with their grandson! we are sure going to miss having the extra company around and just thank both of our moms for all that they have done for us these past couple of weeks! My last day of school is this friday and then it's going to be a summer of fun!! we are actually going to move at the end of the month to a new place that will be closer to my work...so we'll keep you updated on that!

Family Fun and Caleb's Blessing!

This weekend Caleb got to meet a lot of his family! They all came down for his blessing and it was great! Instead of doing a dinner afterwards, we went to Pappasitos to get some fajitas! It was DELICIOUS!! It was fun to have everyone here for Caleb's special day! I was glad that he got to meet his cousin Kooper who was very concerned for him and was so cute with him!! He made sure that he gave him "Knocks" and gave him tickles too!! We had a good time!! It was so busy that I forgot to get Caleb pics with all of his family members by themselves, but I did get a cute one with Grandpa D...and he got a cute one with his Uncle Jared!!

Almost a Smile!

We've been working really hard on getting Caleb to smile and he has...it's just been really hard to catch it on camera!! So, this is my attempt to take a picture while Grandma is getting him to smile! I got some red eyes though!! We had Caleb's baby blessing today and it was wonderful. I will post pics soon!!

Little Rocker

To celebrate turning 8 weeks this week, Caleb rocked out (or threw a fit) in his little rocker outfit that my mom brough down from SLC. It actually was a gift from Cam and Carrie who are friends of the DeRoest Family...and what a fun gift it is! The next time we travel up to Salt Lake I am hitting up the store that Carrie got this from...it's called Babinski's! Thanks Carrie...Caleb just got a little more cooler! Anyway, sorry that this wasn't posted sooner, I just started back to school on Monday and it has just been CRAZY! I have been missing Caleb terribly, but only have 20 more days until summer vacation WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!! PLUS Grandma D is here taking care of him and Grandma C will be here in a few to take over! That makes me feel better to know that he is in such good hands! Also coming up this week, Caleb is going in for his 2 month check up which includes major shots and then all of our families will be flying in for his blessing on Saturday! We're really excited to have the DeRoest and Colson Clans down for Caleb's special day!! Of course I'll get on the ball this week and take some more pics of the baby and post as much as I can!
