Thanks Mom...

For the reminder that I need to update my blog!! I KNOW alright!!! Just kidding...here are some pics that I took of Caleb the past couple of weeks. We are heading off to San Antonio for Labor Day weekend (evacuating early from the hurricane that's a comin!) Mike, are you soooo jealous?? We actually don't know if it's going to hit Houston yet, but if you hear that it's going to, please say a little prayer for us...that would be so sweet!!!
I will try to do better at posting more pics...i'm just kind of busy at the moment with the new school year! Gotta get those kiddos trained!!!!

Captain Adorable...need I say more???

Mike started calling Caleb Buddah when we were in Utah and I guess these two pics just proves that he does look like a little happy Buddah...so much so, that we're starting to rub his belly for good luck!!


Caleb has really gotten into putting things in his mouth and leaving them there! Here he is with his puppy. He loves to chew on his ears and then just hang out with the puppy's ears in his mouth! It's pretty funny to watch...he also does this with the puppy's nose and his blanket.



I know that this picture doesn't have Caleb in it, but Adam and I did just celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and Caleb wouldn't be here if we hadn't of met...Adam scored extra brownie points for these babies!!! Raise the Roof!!

Back to School...Back to Babysitter!

Yes...I am officially back to school (even though I don't have kiddos until the 25th of this month!) I have been in workshops since Wednesday which have really gotten me fired up for school to start! Where has Caleb been?? Sadly he has been going to a babysitter who has been really wonderful with him!! I swear he has a lot more fun with her and comes home and just crashes!! He loves watching the other kiddos that Janet (the Babysitter) has at her home, and he has adjusted very well to his new surroundings!! We are so grateful that he has been such a good boy and that Janet is taking such good care of him!! I have been okay with leaving him because I know that he is in very good hands and I have a lot to get ready for the new school year! Caleb did come and help me out on Monday and Tuesday in the classroom, but I think we spent more time showing him off around the school than actually working!!! Here are the Caleb pictures of the week and a little slide show to show you the rest!!

Caleb has been sitting up a lot more when he is on our laps! It is so funny to watch him shoot up so quickly from a laying down position! He still needs support though, when he is by himself!

Caleb wore this to church on Sunday and I still got asked if he was a girl!! WOW!!

Caleb's First Vacation!

I took Caleb for his very first vacation out of Texas up to visit family up in Salt Lake City for 2 weeks. He got to ride on a plane for the first time and see the mountains for the first time and meet MANY family members! He did such a good job with traveling and with us always being busy! We went to Bear Lake for a family reunion in the middle of everything, but he didn't love the water! I put his toes in and he got mad at me and cried! I know that he had fun though...here are a few pics highlighting our trip!
While Caleb was having fun with aunt Nikki, my mom and dad took me to the 24th of July Pioneer Commemeration Concert at the Conference Center to see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and the Osmonds perform! It was so much fun...I also got to go and get a pedicure for the first time (Caleb sat on my lap for that one...it was quite the experience) and of course was beautified by Nikki...she cut my hair so fun! We enjoyed our time with our family!!

Caleb the Cowboy

We had to take some pics of Caleb in a cowboy hat seeing as how he was born and being raised here!! This is for him to remember that he is a true Texan. We are looking to get him some apparel as he gets older so he can fit in with the rest of the cowboys down here!!!



I took these pictures one sunday while getting ready for church...I walked out of the bathroom and this is what I saw!! Addy and Caleb snuggling together!! It was just too cute!! Caleb is growing bigger and certainly showing more and more of his personality each day! We love him so much!
