New Tooth and New Apartment!!

It's been a very busy week with our internet going in and out, but we finally are getting our own internet instead of using what people have around us!! We're moving up in the world! Anyway, on Sunday we were coming home from church and I was sitting in the back with Caleb...he was just being his smiley self when all of the sudden, I noticed a little white ridge on his bottom gums!! Low and behold, when we got home, I felt in his mouth and there is a little tooth there!!! I had no clue that he was even teething!! He hasn't really showed any signs...although, I'm thinking that he may be getting two because he is a little more onery this week!!! Anyway, it is amazing how fast this kid is growing...believe me, if he starts walking next month, i'm going to go crazy!! He is moving all over the place...not necessarily rolling but pushing himself back...i don't know how many times I lay him down on a blanket to play and he ends up off of it!! I hope to see some rolls (not fat rolls HA HA HA) pretty soon!!!

Four Months and Some Fun Times!!

Okay we went to the doctor yesterday for Caleb's 4 month checkup..I'm not really into the percentile thing but Caleb ended up weighing 17 pounds and is 26 inches long! 95h percentile for both!! WOW...of course he wasn't small from the beginning!!! I actually have to start putting him in size 6 months clothes because he is too big for some of the 3-6 months!! What a little monster!! Anyway, the doctor said that if I wanted to start him with rice cereal once a day, I could...but only if he would eat from the spoon...and sure enough, he ate every last drop!! He is growing fast!
We also decided for Family Home Evening, Ad should take Caleb swimming for the first time! The pool was pretty warm so Caleb didn't have any problems getting in! He didn't know what to think at first, but by the end, he was splashing like he was in the tub! We'll have to do this more often! We love our little boy and are so grateful that he is healthy and happy!!!

All American Boy

There has been some confusion lately from the Texans that we've come across whether Caleb is a girl or a boy...mostly they ask if he's a girl! I know that I don't dress him like one, so to really make it easy for everyone, I got him this little outfit/hat that says All American Boy! It is his 4th of July outfit!! Ad took the day off and we went and explored a little bit. We went to a place called Old Town Spring that had a lot of fun little shops and places to eat...it was fun to get out and go for a drive! When we got home, we all took naps and then we decided to try to get some more pics of Caleb in his hat. He of course was too busy putting his hands in his mouth...his new favorite thing to do...he's going to have to start wearing a bib because boy this kid can drool!!! Happy 4th Y'all!!!

Our Little Peanut...all moved in!

Yes, we have made it to Katy and i just want to add that the next time we move (which hopefully won't be again until 3 or 4 years), I'm going to have someone come and pack all of our things, load it and take it because i don't love to move!!! This time around we bought a bunch of tubs and Ad started taking things out early. My parents came to help, we hired movers AnD our friends the Hills helped too!! We got the job done though and were finished by Friday evening!! then for the rest of my parents stay we just put things together!! I love that my mom is a little OCD because she kept everyone on the ball...our apartment that we moved out of was sparkling by the time she was done with it and by the time they left sunday afternoon, our new home was set up!! Thanks momma and poppa d!! Caleb was awesome and let all of us get so much done!! My mom was actually the first one to get him to giggle! It was so cute...all she had to do was look at him a certain way and away he would go!! I tried but failed miserably...but since then, I've gotten a few giggles out, but not as much as grandma d did!! Don't worry, I'm still jealous!!
Of course I've already been out and explored our outlet mall out here and got Caleb some new outfits from Carters...(i had a few outfits that i got him before he was born that they let me exchange) I LOVE IT!! Anyway, I will post some pics of our new place as soon as I get the final touches taken care of! We love it out here and now have more room for visitors!! HINT HINT!!
